Thanks for requesting an appointment for Saturday!
In order to confirmed your request, a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required and will be deducted from your balance on the day of treatment.
Once your payment is received it will be booked and confirmed, until then anyone can request and book the time slot you have requested.
Late Arrivals
Time is reserved specifically for you once your appointment is confirmed. If you are late and there is NOT enough time to safely and correctly perform the scheduled treatment(s) you will need to reschedule and you forfeit the 50% deposit.
If you are late, your treatment will be modified and end on time so the next appointment is not inconvenienced, but we'll make every effort to accommodate your full appointment. If service time is abbreviated to avoid delays for other appointments, your treatment is still charged the full value.
Last minute changes will be honored ONLY if an appointment is available for a later time on the SAME DAY of your appointment and other clients are not inconvenienced.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve our time exclusively for you when once your appointment is confirmed. We ask for 48 hours but REQUIRE a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your existing reservation without charge.
Failure to call or show for a confirmed appointment will result in 100% charge for the reserved services and booking future appointments may be affected.
Avoid your request being autmatically canceled by submitting your non-refundable & non-transferable deposit 2 days prior to the appointment day.
To avoid the $5 credit card fee you can also use
CashApp or Zelle to submit your $50 deposit
